📦 Bundles & How Many You Need
How many bundles do I need for a full head?
It depends on the length and fullness you're going for. As a general guide:
- Boho knotless: 5–6 bundles for a full head
- Shorter styles or partial installs: 3–4 bundles
- Extra-long or very full styles: 6–7 bundles
How much human hair do I need for boho braids?
For a full head of boho/goddess braids, most clients use 1–2 bundles of our human hair added into their braids for the curly effect. The exact amount depends on how full and curly you want the finished look — message us if you're unsure.

How many grams is a bundle?
Each Layomi french curl bundle is 150g.
Can I mix lengths?
Yes! Mixing lengths (like 18" + 24") creates a beautiful layered, natural finish for boho and goddess braid styles.
🎨 Colour Matching
How do I choose the right colour?
Every product photo on our site is true to the actual colour of the hair. Compare shades in natural lighting, and if you're between colours, send us a reference photo on Instagram @layomihair and we'll point you to the closest match. Our range runs from soft naturals to rich browns, blondes, ombrés, and bold statement shades.
Can the hair be coloured or bleached?
Our French curl braiding hair is pre-coloured and ready to install — we don't recommend bleaching or dyeing it. Our 100% human hair for boho and goddess braids can be coloured, bleached, and heat-styled if you want to customise the curl or shade. Always do a strand test first and consult a professional stylist for bleaching to protect the hair.

How do I care for my braids?
To keep your French curl braids looking fresh:
- Sleep in a silk or satin bonnet or on a satin pillowcase
- Refresh curls with a little water or mousse as needed
- Avoid excessive tension and heat
- Gently cleanse your scalp without disturbing the curl pattern
How do I care for human hair bundles?
- Keep the curls hydrated with a light leave-in or curl refresher
- Wrap in a silk or satin scarf/bonnet at night to protect the curl pattern
- Avoid heavy product build-up at the roots
- Since it's real human hair, it can be re-curled or heat-styled if the curls loosen over time
How long will the hair last?
With proper care, your French curl braids can last 4–6 weeks or longer in a single install.
Can I reuse my braiding hair?
Yes! Be patient during take-down, or have a professional loosen and wash it for you. How well it reuses depends on the care taken during the first install.

Where do you ship?
We ship across Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
What are the shipping timelines?
- Canada: 7–10 business days
- Outside Canada (US & UK): 8–10 business days
Please note shipping times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on all orders over $150 CAD.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, all sales are final — we don't offer refunds or exchanges once an order is placed. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.
How do I report an issue with my order?
Email us at layomihair@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or make a change.
