How many bundles do I need for a full head?

The amount of bundles you need varies by the desired length & fullness of your hairstyle. However, we recommend 5-6 bundles of our hair extensions for a full head.

How long till I get my order?

Delivery within Canada takes 7-10 business days.
Delivery outside Canada takes 8-10 business days.
Please note that shipping times may be affected by some factors outside our control.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

No, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds/exchanges after sale.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

How long can I keep my braids in for?

The lifespan of your hair extensions depends on how well you take care of them. With proper care, our hair extensions can last 4-6 weeks or longer.

Can I reuse my hair extensions?

Yes, your braiding hair can be reused. We advise you to be patient during your take down or go to a professional to loosen and wash for you if possible. Ability to reuse depends on the care during the first use.

How many grams is a bundle?

A bundle is 150g.
